Best Mask for Dull Skin
The Elemis Superfood Vital Veggie Mask that is infused with Avocado and Chia seed oils. How strange is that? To me, really strange. But, this mask has helped even my skin tone and brighten it. I am honestly so impressed. (more ingredient info on their page, there is a link.)
I received this product in my July Boxycharm and was skeptical at first. Mainly because avocados are so gross. I thought the smell would take over. But being mixed with so many other things, you don’t smell the avocado at all.
What this product did for me.
- Brightened skin.
- Gave me smoother skin.
- Hydrated my skin.
I say it is the best mask simply because I haven’t found another mask that actually helps with brightening. I also use another product from their Superfood collection. The Superfood Night Time Serum. I absolutley love it. A little bit goes a long way with this product for sure. It is a creamy consistency but once applied it is so hydrating. I use it twice a day. When I wake up and when I go to bed. I have also been applying it to the ends of my hair if I have some left over on my hands. Most times I do apply skincare products with a clean makeup brush.
Anyway, I apply some to the ends of my hair and I haven’t noticed it really doing anything. It hasn’t harmed my hair at all. It just hasn’t done my hair any good either.
One great thing about Elemis, they are cruelty free so I will be adding them to my Cruelty Free List.
